  Let me just start by saying that Dr. Litos is the real deal! I can't say enough positive things about her. I've had an evaluation followed by rounds of PT and I have loved her from day one. I look forward to my visits every week because I learn so much valuable information and am given a recap of it all through home exercise programs afterward. I started noticing small improvements in just two sessions of therapy with her which is awesome, I'm currently starting my second phase of PT and am so thankful to have her here to guide me through it. She has been super responsive every time I've reached out to her and she thoroughly explains everything in detail without having to ask. She has gone out of her way to offer her help and support countless times. After seeing nine doctors prior to giving PT a try, I was beyond frustrated and was starting to lose hope but Karen continues to assure me that we will figure it out together. It's refreshing to find a personable doctor who truly cares about their patients and their recovery to living a pain-free life. I couldn't be more grateful for Dr. Litos and the work that she does and support she offers to women who are suffering. The Lansing area is lucky to have such a wonderful and experienced women's health PT. If you are experiencing pain, no matter what your age or situation, please consider giving physical therapy with Karen a try!
